Xoopit: Browse Videos And Images In Gmail With Ease

[Xoopit Logo]If you wanted to look for a specific video or image that was sent to your Gmail account, how fast could you find it? Would you even be able to find it? If your answer to both questions is “maybe”, you’re going to love this one.

Xoopit will let you browse your Gmail account for images and videos and find what you’re looking for easily. There are a couple of ways of using Xoopit. You can use the Xoopit for Gmail plugin for Firefox 2.x, add it as an iGoogle gadget, or use the service on the Xoopit site. Currently in private beta, you can submit your email to get notified when the service becomes open to the public.

If you stop to think about it, you probably have an incredible amount of photos in your email. Having a convenient way of browsing through all of them is definitely a plus.

Any links to photos or Youtube videos are automatically collected which allows you to view them all in one place without having to visit each site separately.

For those who prefer using the service on the site itself, the functionality is the same so you don’t have to worry.

I’m going to be using this once it opens to public. What do you guys think?
