The Easy Way To Tweak Windows Vista
If you’re the type of user who doesn’t want to bother with Vista’s User Account Control or configuring Windows Defender, here’s what you need.
Vista4Experts is a free application that will let you tweak various Windows Vista settings using one program. Aside from getting rid of the more common annoyances, you can set the start menu power button to shut down the computer, instead of the default hibernate feature.

All changes can be reversed or discarded. Don’t forget to create a restore point before making any changes just to be on the safe side.

Interesting little program - I expected this to be a paid-for program on first reading as it does sound really rather useful - I’m still trying to find my way round various areas of Vista after having had it for 4 months!

I ran this on my HTPC yesterday, and it cleared up a couple annoyances that were really driving me nuts!

Looks like an app that makes Vista less pain in the ar**. Still have not got the chance to fully utilize Vista though.
