Easy Way To Speed Up Windows’ Boot Time
Each time you boot your computer Windows loads all the applications in its Startup file. If you’ve got a lot of programs installed, Windows takes even longer to finish loading. There are various methods of making Windows load faster but if you’re looking for a simple way I’ve got just what you need.
Startup Delayer is a free application that will speed up your computer’s boot time by letting you set how many seconds after Windows starts for each program to load.
An example would be to set your antivirus to load 10 seconds after Windows starts, your desktop widgets 20 seconds after, and so on.

Simple and free. Now that’s a good deal.

BrownBaron,
You mean to say that by checking the time taken for each application to load, we can disable those applications at start time? Or does this application do it automatically?

@Nirmal:
It basically lets you specify a delay for each application at startup. That way, your apps won’t be fighting over your computer’s memory since they won’t be loading at the same time
