TaskSwitchXP: Windows Task Switcher On Steroids

Anyone who spends a lot of time using the computer goes back and forth between different programs that they have open. One of the most common ways of switching between applications, is to use ALT+TAB. While this is a fast and efficient way of switching apps, I’ve always wanted something that had a few more features.

TaskSwitchXP is a free application that replaces the default Windows task switcher with the same functionality but with added features. It adds visual styles to the dialog and displays thumbnails of the application along with the associated icon.

The program will adapt to any visual style you are currently using and you have the option of setting the window opacity, appearance effects, etc.

TaskSwitchXP only works in Windows XP/2003.

If you’re worried about messing up your system files, set a restore point before you install  .
