Wikitravel is definitely one of the best, partly because it's heavily linked from wikipedia. World66 is another one that's been around for a while and thirdly Travellerspoint launched their wiki travel guide last year (linked above). 

Did you see that wikitravel is also working to get some of their guides in printed form? The circle completes itself :) 

By the way, both wikitravel and world66 were bought by the same company in '06.</description>
