Mango Languages Lets You Speak In Tongues
Ever wanted to learn French? How about Italian? Add in a little Japanese and Pig Latin and you could be called a man of the world. Mango Languages is a free online language learning course that will teach you how to talk to the world. The free beta service currently offers eleven language courses with 100 lessons for each course.
Each lesson consists of commonly used phrases. Clicking on the phrase plays an audio file of the sentence, and hovering your mouse over the phrase shows how it’s pronounced. This provides a simple yet effective way of quickly learning the language you have chosen.

Users can jump to any lesson, slide selection, and language by using the drop down box at the top. The service is easy to use and definitely fun to try.
The current set of free language courses being offered are:
- Brazilian Portuguese for English Speakers
- English for Polish Speakers
- English for Spanish Speakers
- French for English Speakers
- German for English Speakers
- Greek for English Speakers
- Italian for English Speakers
- Japanese for English Speakers
- Mandarin for English Speakers
- Pig Latin for English Speakers
- Russian for English Speakers
- Spanish for English Speakers
If you’ve been looking for free language learning software, give Mango Languages a try.
My only complaint, is that I couldn’t find how to say “All your base are belong to us” in Pig Latin
.

Looks like some nice software. Does it teach you to speak any alien languages? That way I’d be able to converse with Valentin’s alien friend 77/Aa-873#b3 in his own language.

Hmm .. I see I`m gossip subject here …
Unfortunately, there aint gonna be a translator for my native language coz simply we have personalized languages for each ones we interact. that would lead to create a translator for several bilions languages which would be useless while me, myself sometime I don`t understand what I say …
