Brown Batch #20: Link Love Fiesta

It’s time to highlight great posts by other blogs. As always, please try to visit each one and give these bloggers your support. Don’t forget to come back though  .

I’d like to thank Santa for certifying this blog. I guess this means I’m a good shy blogger heh. *whisper* Santa, now that you certified me, could you give me a PR6 as well?

nicemattersaward.jpgThanks to Marzie who gave me the Nice Matters Award. I would have added more brown to offset the pink but that wouldn’t have been right haha.

The official description for the award is that it’s given to “those that are just nice people, good blog friends, and those that inspire good feelings and inspiration! Those that care about others, that are there to lend support, or those that are just a positive influence in our blogging world!”

With a description like that, I’d accept a pink award anytime  . For all of you who have liked hanging out here, consider yourself awarded. You can post about getting this award since I consider all of you to be deserving.

This Week’s Brown Batch:

  • Blue Jar - The Insiders Guide To Buying Web Hosting: Pricing
  • Each hosting company will try to offer you everything they think you need and what they think you might need in the future. You should only concern yourself with what you need now and possibly in the near future, not distant.

  • Connected Everywhere - Facebook: Is It The End Of Email The Way We Know It?
  • I have often wondered ( and so have many others) what will happen to email. To answer this i decided to do a small dip stick study. I looked at the inbox of few of my friends ( personal inbox) to see what kind of emails do they get.

  • Revellian.com - Reality Niche This
  • Whats more important? Making cash and reading 50,000 ways to do it, or, making integrity, friendliness and peace the most desired attribute to all humans. If money is more important than intelligent human values to you, you need to do some deep soul searching.

  • Shaun Low - How To Write A Link Exchange Reqest E-mail
  • Link exchanges are a great way to gain exposure to your site and it helps build relationships with other bloggers. The best way to maximize the chances of you getting a link exchange is to send a professionally designed e-mail to the site you are attempting to get a link exchange with.

  • I’m Not That Girl Anymore - How Do You Know When You’re Ready To Be A (fur) Parent?
  • I don’t feel ready yet. I am the perfect doggie auntie and will make friends with the dogs that pass me on their daily walks but making the leap to owning one, that seems another thing entirely.
