Space Hotel To Open In 2012
The Galactic Suites Hotel is scheduled to open its doors, or bay doors in this case, in 2012. According to Reuters, the hotel will be built from pods connected in a molecule-like structure. For $4 million, visitors will be treated to incredible views from their hotel rooms, and watch the Sun rise 15 times a day when they’re not hanging around (pun intended).
The first question most of you will ask is, “How are we going to use the bathroom?”
Company director Xavier Claramunt, stated:
“It’s the bathrooms in zero gravity that are the biggest challenge. How to accommodate the more intimate activities of the guests is not easy.”
No statement has been made about how visitors will use the toilet facilities, but those who wish to take a shower will be able to use a spa room where they can float in bubbles of water.
Personally, the thought of using a toilet in zero gravity scares me
.
High five to Andrea Thompson.

Outthere is a (old, allready) theory with scientifics backups who say in 2012 earth will cease spinning in actual direction and will slow down to zero speed, then start spinning in reverse direction. As effect will be switch of magnetic poles, life on earth will dissappear (life in the form we know today) and so on …
In this case, you`ll not have to worry about using the toilette …. mwuahahahahaha

Well it the 2012 thing didn’t happen, than at least something similar to what Brown Baron’s icon represents might happen! We are just doomed aren’t we? But it is fun to speculate. The last thing I would think about if I was going to space was how I was going to use the bathroom, because I could careless as long as it is not going to be floating around. I would be tooooooooooooo darn excited about actually going to space!

“…How to accommodate the more intimate activities of the guests is not easy.”
I could say so many things at this. But all I will say is, “I bet”. Maybe with the $4M price tag, the mile high clubbers would be more than put off. *shrugs*
