Porn Company Sues Microsoft For Copyright Infringement

Microsoft LogoSoftcore pornographic publisher, Perfect 10, is suing Microsoft for alleged copyright infringement. The company said that Microsoft’s showing of thumbnails of Perfect 10 images on MSN’s image search infringes on their copyright.

Norm Zada, founder and publisher of Perfect 10, stated:

“Microsoft is showing tens of thousands of extremely valuable celebrity images, along with Perfect 10 images, without authorisation, which it obtains from hundreds if not thousands of pirate websites.”

Zada filed similar suits against Google and Amazon.com in 2004, but was unsuccessful.
