I've been using no script for a while and it's become so much work that I stopped using it. As long as you know what you are doing, you shouldn't run into problems. I used NoScript for ages, but it needs a 'whitelist' of well visited sites built in. There is a Mac-specific mozilla-based browser named Camino that I prefer, but I use Firefox for continuity.
