MediaCoder LogoConverting your audio and media files to different formats so you can play them on different players can be a tedious task. For people with large media collections, file conversion is rarely considered without using a batch converter.

MediaCoder is a free audio/video batch transcoder that will make the process of converting your media files to different formats a painless task. Aside from converting your files, MediaCoder is capable of shrinking your media files with minimal qulity loss should you need more space on your hard drive.

Nice. I’ve used Goldwave before. But maybe it’s time I try something new. Thanks for the info as always Brown!

Yeah, all those technical stuff. I tried once to copy all my CD’s and music into a digital format (MP3). Little did I know about it. So I ended up with plenty of low-quality 128K music files. Which didn’t matter at that time, because I didn’t use them a lot before I gave all CD’s away.

But okay, music is everywhere, right? So no need to cry - maybe experience new music along so way of life…and maybe check here and there for the hits of your youth…

    ;-)

    Cheers from Bali,

    Chris

MediaCoder has always been a great program. I use this to convert my songs into AAC for my phone, it’s so much better than the pap Sony Ericsson give you.
