The Answers Corporation has just announced that it has bought Lexico Publishing Group for $100 Million. Lexico runs Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com, and Reference.com. Answers’ chief executive, Robert Rosenschein, said that they would earn more advertising revenue from Dictionary.com than Lexico did.
Rosenschein further stated:
“We are actually buying a business, It just happens to own a great domain.”
