Microsoft Signs 3 Year Advertising Deal With Digg
It seems that Microsoft is finally taking the advertising race seriously. First they purchased in-game ad company Massive. Then they announced a deal with EA Sports that will have Microsoft providing in-game ads to games like Madden, NHL Hockey, NASCAR, and Tiger Woods Golf.
Now Digg has signed a deal with the OS giant too. The popular news aggregator has signed a 3 year contract that will see Microsoft replacing Google as Digg’s advertising partner. Some of you might remember that Microsoft was also able to sign a similar deal with Facebook last year.
This ad race is getting interesting.

Haven’t there been rumors about Microsoft buying digg? Hope this is not a sign of things to come.
IMHO digg is still one of the best sites on the net.

Digg is still the one that can bring the biggest traffic I agree. I like the StumbleUpon crowd better though
