If you’re thinking of getting a new business card but don’t feel like spending a lot of money for a new design, you can try making one yourself. Business Card Designer Plus 9 by CAM Development is a program for designing and printing custom business cards.
The program comes with thousands of textures, backgrounds, and clipart images. You can even use your own images if you want. Card Designer Plus comes with a lot of graphic and text effects, shape tools, and gradient and texture fills.

The program supports 1 - 4 inch business cards. Supports Windows Vista and XP.
You can try the demo version for 15 days.

Sounds interesting - I want to get business cards made up so I can enter in draws to win pizza or other kinds of foods. I have been considering getting Moo cards, but this is an idea for me to consider as well.

Wow, those look great for designing them yourself. Most people just open up Microsoft Word and design some horrible looking business cards themself!
