Are you guys backing up your blogs already? If so, how are you doing it? I think I’ve heard about a WP plugin that could accomplish this, but I’ve personally had no experience with it.

You can also use the WP Database Backup Plugin. Basically, you’ll need to backup your db and the files on your server to be sure.

You can also use the WP Database Backup Plugin. Basically, you’ll need to backup your db and the files on your server to be sure.

Yeah, this plugin works slick for me. Don’t have to worry about a 3rd party and don’t have to worry about space, plus you have multiple places you can save it.

The WPBackup plugin doesn’t work on my site, not sure why…I can do manual backups, but we all know that it’s much better to have an automated backup, so if the WPBackup plugin works for your site…then use it…but if you’re in the same boat I am & that plugin just doesn’t work, then read this post for a solution to backing up all of your website databases & complete homedir automatically.

Yeah, I’ve tried it, but haven’t turned it back on since I upgraded. When I saw Blog Backup mentioned somewhere else recently it reminded me of your review (aww, ain’t that sweet?) so I thought I’d check out any follow-up comments.
