Review: Handy Recovery
This is a sponsored review.
Data loss is never pleasant. Whatever the cause, be it a hard drive crash, accidental deletion, or power failure, the end result is the same. You lose data. If you don’t have any backup software installed, there is still a way to recover files that are important to you.
Handy Recovery is a data recovery software designed to restore accidentally deleted files on Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista operating systems.
Easy To Use
Installation was fast and simple. The application’s main window looks like windows explorer with your drives listed on the left side, and directories and files on the right. Choose the drive or partition you want to recover files from and click on the ‘analyze’ button. The analyzation process was surprisingly fast. It showed deleted directories and files that I could recover. A nice feature that I liked was that Handy Recovery would show the probability of successful recovery for each deleted file.

You can even filter the search by name, date, size and file type. If you’re not satisfied with the results from the default search, you can use the ‘extended analysis’ option but this will take longer. You can stop the analyzation at any time and save your search results for future recovery sessions.
Added Features
Handy Recovery can also recover files from SmartMedia, CompactFlash, Multimedia, and Secure Digital Cards. You can even recover your compressed and encrypted files as long as they’re on NTFS drives.
Conclusion
The program was fast and easy to use. It didn’t use too much memory. Handy Recovery does what it says: it makes recovering files easy. Priced at $39, this application is a good addition to anyone’s collection of system utilities.

Good and concise review.
Do they offer evaluation versions as well?

Thanks Gili. They have a 30 day evaluation version that will let you recover one file per day.

One of best paid recovery tool. (nice review BTW)
But remember there are tons of freeware that can do the same thing.
