I just took a quick first pass and I didn't notice anything about file size limits. This is great for swapping files when one of the two sides of the transaction is offline. Otherwise, why not just use an instant messenger?

This could be really cool for a closer community. For example, file sharing within a dorm or even a campus-wide network. All that would need to be done is set up some kind of centralized hub for sharing: File name/description and access credentials. This could be done with a simple web page or a less conspicuous (to the MAF-IAA) IRC channel.
