Halo 3 Beta Starts May 16

Microsoft has announced that the Halo 3 multiplayer beta will start on May 16 1 pm GMT. The beta will last until June 7, 7:59 am. There will be three maps available in the beta: Valhalla, Snowbound, and High Ground. Some of the new guns and vehicles that will included in the beta are the Brute Spiker, Spike Grenade, a new Assault Rifle, Mongoose all terrain vehicles, and the Spartan Laser.

A quick look at the Halo 3 site shows that all beta slots have been filled.
