Best Buy Joins ‘Second Life’

Best Buy Inc. is planning on opening Geek Squad Island in the online virtual world “Second Life”. This will be where Geek Squad tech support workers offer free computer advice. Geek Squad Island will have regular working hours with the tech support guys wearing white, short-sleeve shirts, black pants, and a badge. The Geek Squad working hours will be from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. EDT for seven days a week.
