New Windows Patch Incompatible With Realtek

Installing the new patch released by Microsoft could cause problems for users running audio and networking components from Realtek. Microsoft was already aware of the problem with Realtek audio even before releasing the patch and has published a support article. Another update is available from Microsoft’s site to fix the audio issue. Incompatibility with Realtek network components however, are still being looked at by Microsoft. Users will have to wait another week for the possible fix to the networking issues.

Let me get this straight. We need another patch to fix the patch? Brilliant.
